This policy explains what Medici Pizzeria collects, why, and what we do with it. Medici Pizzeria is a trading name of Ventotto Pty Ltd, ABN 31 679 500 406, 241a Main Road, Derwent Park TAS 7009.

What we collect

When you place an order. Your name, phone number, email address and, for deliveries, your delivery address. We collect this because we cannot cook or deliver your order without it. Online orders are taken through our ordering system at order.medicipizzeria.com.au.

When you contact us through the website. Whatever you type into the form, which is emailed to us at medicipizzeria@gmail.com.

When you browse the website. We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-98285Q5N92) and the Meta pixel (ID 196382065546783) to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and whether our advertising is working. These use cookies and record your approximate location, device and browsing on our site. They do not tell us who you are by name.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the providers listed below, and only so they can do the job we engage them for.

Who else touches it

• Our ordering provider, to take and process your order.
• Our payment provider, to take payment. We never see or store your full card number.
• Uber Direct, when your order is delivered by a courier. They receive your name, address and phone so the driver can find you.
• Google and Meta, for the website analytics described above.

Marketing

If you sign up to our newsletter or opt in when ordering, we may email you about offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works. You can also just reply and ask.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work; our analytics simply will not count you.

Accessing or deleting your information

Email medicipizzeria@gmail.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold and delete it where we are not required to keep it.

Email us first at medicipizzeria@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
