Where you would work

Three places, three different jobs

Hobart City, 67 Murray Street

Open 11am to 9pm, seven days, on the corner of Liverpool and Murray Street. Lunch and dinner service in the middle of the CBD.

Derwent Park, 241a Main Road

Opens at 5pm daily and runs to 10pm on Friday and Saturday. Dinner service for the northern suburbs, with a car park at the shop.

The Medici pizza truck

Out across greater Hobart, with weekly stops in Brighton, Lauderdale, Old Beach and Taroona, plus private events.

What we hire for

Instore

Making pizza and serving customers. Our dough is made fresh in-house daily on a 24 hour slow raise, our sauces are made from scratch, and every base is hand-stretched rather than rolled.

Delivery driver

We run our own delivery rather than handing it to a third-party app. Derwent Park delivers across seventeen northern suburbs.

Management

Running a service and a team across one of our three sites.

The business behind Medici dates to 1973 and remains under the same ownership in Hobart.
