Our Story
Hobart's pizza, since 1973
Medici has been firing up Italian pizza in Hobart for over fifty years. What started as one little pizzeria has grown into a Tasmanian institution — two restaurants, a roaming pizza truck, and a whole lot of regulars who feel like family.
We still do it the way we always have: proper dough, quality toppings, and 50+ years of practice doing the talking. Whether you're grabbing a slice in the city, ordering in at Derwent Park, or chasing the truck around town — it's the same Medici you've always loved.
