The Garden is marked vegan on our board. The Vegetarian and the Shroom are meat free. Gluten free bases and vegan cheese are both on the additions list.
Although all due care is taken, we cannot 100% guarantee our pizzas are gluten free.

How many pizzas are on the Medici menu?
17 on the main board, plus 4 house selections, from the Margherita 1397 and Pepperoni through to the Capricciosa and Da Vinci. Sides, crust dippers and Tasmanian ice cream by the 500ml pint sit alongside them.
Does Medici have vegan and vegetarian pizza in Hobart?
The Garden is marked vegan on our board: vegan cheese, mushrooms, red onion, olives, capsicum, fresh basil and olive oil on a red base. The Vegetarian and the Shroom are meat free. Vegan cheese is on the additions list for any pizza.
Does Medici do gluten free pizza?
A gluten free base is on the additions list at both Hobart shops. As our board says, although all due care is taken, we cannot 100% guarantee our pizzas are gluten free.
Can I get a family size pizza at Medici?
Family size is available at Derwent Park only, at 241a Main Road. The main board is otherwise large size across all 3 venues.
Can I get half and half at Medici?
Yes. Half and half is on the additions list, so you can split 1 pizza across 2 toppings. Additional veg, meat, cheese and mozzarella di bufala are on the same list.
