All three options are available, though the setup differs by location. Hobart CBD offers collection and limited outdoor dine-in seating, with delivery available through Uber Eats (direct delivery coming soon). Derwent Park offers collection and delivery — order direct through our website or by phone for the fastest service. The Pizza Truck is collection only — order online at medicipizzeria.com.au or call ahead. Collection is almost always faster than delivery, especially during peak Friday and Saturday evenings.

For the best price and to support us directly, order through our website where 100% of your payment stays with Medici.

How long does delivery usually take, and can I track my order?

During off-peak hours, deliveries typically arrive within 35–45 minutes. On busy Friday and Saturday nights allow 45–55 minutes. You can track your order in real time through the confirmation link we send you, or directly inside the Uber Eats or DoorDash app if you ordered through those platforms. Collection is usually ready in 15–25 minutes depending on how busy the kitchen is.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We're flexible — just call your location as soon as possible. If the kitchen hasn't started preparing your order, we can usually make changes or cancel with no issues. Once preparation has begun, we'll do our best to accommodate modifications but can't guarantee a full cancellation. For third-party app orders (Uber Eats, DoorDash), changes need to go through the app's own support process.

What happens if there is a problem with my order (missing item, cold pizza, wrong toppings)?

Call your location straight away and we'll sort it out — that's a promise. We obsess over our customers, and our motto is that every pizza should blow your mind. If something falls short, we'll remake it, refund it, or credit your account depending on the situation. For delivery issues on third-party apps, you can also raise a claim directly through Uber Eats or DoorDash, but we'd still love to hear from you so we can fix it at the source.

We offer gluten-free bases across all locations. Our staff handle gluten-free orders with extra care — cleaning utensils and keeping your pizza separate from others during preparation. However, we are an open kitchen environment where wheat-based dough is prepared daily, so we cannot guarantee 100% gluten-free for customers with coeliac disease. If you have a mild gluten intolerance, many of our customers love our GF base and rate it as one of the best in Hobart. Please let our staff know your level of sensitivity when ordering.
